3. The Health Guarantee in Detail (The Most Important Section)

Coverage: This guarantee protects against life-altering congenital and genetic defects, such as severe hip dysplasia (OFA rated severe), severe elbow dysplasia, certain inherited heart defects, and progressive retinal atrophy (PRA). Diagnosis must be confirmed in writing by a licensed veterinarian and, where applicable, by a certified specialist (e.g., OFA, veterinary cardiologist).

Your Responsibilities: To keep this guarantee valid, you must provide the puppy with routine veterinary care (proof of records required), maintain a proper diet for large-breed puppies, and not allow the puppy to become overweight.

Resolution: If a covered condition is confirmed, we will offer, at our discretion, either a replacement puppy from the next available litter of equal value or financial assistance toward veterinary treatment, up to the original purchase price of the puppy.
4. Return Policy for Non-Health Reasons
While we screen all prospective owners, we understand circumstances change.

Eligibility: We will accept the return of a puppy within the first 14 days for non-health-related reasons. The puppy must be in good health, and you are responsible for all return transportation costs, which must be arranged through a USDA-certified animal transporter for safety.

Refund: A refund of the purchase price, minus a $500 restocking and care fee, will be issued once the puppy is safely back in our care and has been examined by our veterinarian.
