3. The Health Guarantee in Detail (The Most Important Section)

• Coverage: This guarantee protects against life-altering congenital and genetic defects, such as severe hip dysplasia (OFA rated severe), severe elbow dysplasia, certain inherited heart defects, and progressive retinal atrophy (PRA). • Eligibility: We will accept the return of a puppy within the first 14 days for non-health-related reasons. The puppy must be in good health, and you are responsible for all return transportation costs, which must be arranged through a USDA-certified animal transporter for safety.

• Refund: A refund of the purchase price, minus a $500 restocking and care fee, will be issued once the puppy is safely back in our care and has been examined by our veterinarian.

• The guarantee is void if the puppy is sold or transferred to another owner.

• We do not offer refunds on deposits, which secure your place on our waiting list.
